Max Raabe at my second home

I declare Carnegiehall my second home-4 times I watched famous people there
Cheap tickets (20 dollars) to see Max Raabe in NYC -I watched his show in Hamburg,Berlin and Vienna already
so very up the steep balcony we went already first row there against our tickets more behind and after break we went illegaly 5th row first floor -we saw empty places from above-
in November all over in NY city is BERLIN IN LIGHTS- strange for me knowing all artists from home and I prefer to have new experiance-but one exception we made
Max Raabe was very good- made a program for Americans and was sort of ironical towards Germany but in a very good way he delivered our culture---very unexspected

-saturdaynight I watched Murray Perahia in der Carnegiehall- not one empty seat -people standing behind
Stephan did not join me- he watched a show in Terminal 5 the reason he came to New York: Gogol Bordello-his favourite band
before the band started a disjockey played records in the hall-as big surprise for Stephan he played a song from his own Berlin Band Dr. Bajan!!! he could not bellieve- in New York!He talked to the dj and he said he sort likes this song a lot----Stephan came home late with sweated clothes after dancing .He walked all the way downtown to our new appartment from 59th street to 10th street!
