Doubts-Zweifel

Is 8th avenue the solution?First day in New York-appartment nice, spacy, central and noisy- -colder weather- big change--have to become more aclimated to this style of life and city-.Bill and I cruised the city - many people - 5th avenue- Centralpark-it should be a jewish holiday-have to asl Jack tomorrow-we saw many ortodox familiesin the park with many children-the boys in black long coats and Schläfenlocken... Almost met Mr.Bloomberg at 100 year anniversary Plaza Hotel 5th avenue-outstanding firework using all windows of the building acompanied by an open air philharmonic orchestra-met people from München,Santiago de Compostela,Portugal,Turkei and one native newyorker....tried to get the appartment cosy-missing St. Louis-never thought this could happen to me.

Hi Lis, hi Bill, hello to everybody,

Liebe Lis, it must be a very strange and deep feeling, touching yours and everybody's heart, to understand in situ the "before" and the "after" the 11th sept.
But considering that you're spending some wonderful and complete holidays, I remind you that in 8th avenue, in 1962, Marilyn Monroe (your Niagara-pictures) was singing to JFK "Happy Birthday" in her so romantic and sexy way.
Be happy and travel along,
Claudia
